The cards offered for sale by This Little Monkey are handmade and hand embellished cards made in Cornwall. As all cards are individually handmade and unique, please note that when ordering more than one of the same item there may be a slight variation. The product illustrations are a fair photographic representation of the card you will receive and we have fully described all materials used to help in your choice.
Post and Packing:
All cards are specially made to order and are normally despatched within 1 working day by Royal Mail first class post. Postal rates listed apply to the UK only. We want you to receive your cards in perfect condition, so all cards are individually packed in clear bags and delivered in strengthened envelopes. We obtain proof of posting to the address you have supplied for shipping. We cannot accept liability for packages being damaged, lost, stolen or delayed whilst in transit. Cards will be despatched when full payment is received.
Prices:
All prices are in pounds sterling and we reserve the right to change cards and prices without notice. Orders that are currently being processed are not affected.
Payment security:
When you make a purchase with This Little Monkey, your credit and debit details are not seen directly by us. All online payments are made via a secure payment-processing partner.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. |

| Back Orders If your gift item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. All handmade cards are made to order and we aim to despatch these within 1 working day. |

They are only decrypted after they reach our payment provider Paypal and are never seen by us. They are not held in clear text on any web siteand we do not dilvulge delivery details or addresses of our customers orders to any third party. |
